As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain highly visible while providing exceptional customer service and communication. - Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities or Allied Universal management.
- Assist with access control by verifying credentials and managing entry points as required by site protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.
- Support emergency response efforts as needed, following established protocols and procedures for government locations.
- An armed guard card or license is required.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.
