As an Industrial Security Analyst/Project Manager – Level 3 or Level 4 located in Dulles, VA, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.

This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

The Industrial Security Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Space Systems Sector Eastern Region in all aspects of Physical Security, with a focus on design, construction, renovation, and accreditation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs).

• Ensure NG Space Sector secure areas meet all applicable DoD and IC standards for processing, handling, and storing Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) prior to formal accreditation as a SCIF or SAPF.
• Ensure assigned security projects and programs comply with physical, TEMPEST, and other applicable security governance (e.g., IC Directives, DoD directives/instructions/manuals, national security standards, interim guidance, and Executive Orders governing physical, industrial, and information security).
• Apply and interpret requirements from ICD 705 Tech Spec, CNSS publications, and related guidance; provide general TEMPEST concepts and requirements to stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee the SCIF/SAPF area lifecycle from concept planning and design through construction and accreditation/certification.
• Review and provide input on physical security and TEMPEST aspects of Design Intent Drawings (DIDs) and Construction Drawings (CDs).
• Provide oversight of initial alarm installation and testing in accordance with applicable DoD and IC policy requirements.
• Serve as a technical expert on physical security for secure facilities, advising program and site leadership on risk and compliance impacts.
• Prepare and/or review documentation supporting SCIF/SAPF accreditation, compartmented area approval, and secure area approval processes, including Fixed Facility Checklists, TEMPEST checklists, and related artifacts.
• Manage Government-furnished equipment and materials.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 1 year of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
