Lead Installer | Signage Industry

We are looking for a motivated Lead Installer with signage installation and fabrication experience to join our team! If you have a strong background in monuments, architectural signage, way finding, vinyl, and channel letters, this could be the perfect role for you.

• Lead a team in the installation of high-quality signage projects
• Work with monuments, way finding, channel letters, vinyl, and architectural signage
• Communicate effectively with high-profile clients and project teams
• Represent the company professionally from start to finish on job sites
• Work with ladders, scaffolding, and lifts safely and efficiently

• 4+ years of signage installation experience (required)
• Previous experience as a Lead Installer is a plus!
• Fabrication experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights, and weekends as needed
• Clean driving record and willingness to commute
• CDL and Crane license are a plus!
