ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will work as an Electrical Service / UPS installation systems Technician for M.C. Dean’s Service & National Accounts Group. This group operates 24/7 - 365 to support our customers and is known for providing The Ultimate Customer Experience. We provide world-class support and training, fostering a family-oriented culture focused on customer satisfaction, quality, and safety.
This regional service position requires regular travel across the United States. Responsibilities include electrical installations, servicing UPS systems, and troubleshooting electrical problems professionally and safely. The candidate must present themselves professionally at all times.
- High school diploma/GED with at least 5+ years of experience in the electrical service industry, specifically with UPS systems.
- Successful background check and drug test.
- Valid driving record for potential use of a company vehicle.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Comfort with using smart devices and web-based applications.
- Commitment to high-quality work and safety standards.
- Proper attire including OSHA-approved boots and shirts covering shoulders.
- Punctuality and teamwork skills.
- Journeyman's license or equivalent.
- Additional certifications such as Lift and Aerial Training, NFPA 70E, OSHA 30, UPS installation knowledge.
