Complete Conversion Services is seeking a Portfolio Unit-Turn Field Foreman to direct interior renovations across multi-family and commercial properties in Northern VA and Washington, DC.Where you’ll operate

Northern Virginia and DC markets

Two to three active multi-family renovation projects at a time

What you’ll own Daily oversight of site progress, quality, and cleanliness

Unit renovation activities: cabinet install and layout verification; finish carpentry and trim quality; drywall, paint, and punch list completion

Reading/interpreting scopes of work, unit layouts, and cabinet plans

Regular unit and common-area walks to flag incomplete work and quality issues

Schedule, quality, and material coordination with Project Managers Subcontractor coordination, deliveries, inspections, and material runs Field troubleshooting, materials-on-hand confirmation, and on-time unit turns

Daily updates: photos, notes, and job documentation

Compliance with safety standards and company policies

Maintaining tenant-ready, organized, and safe job sites

How you’ll lead

Jump in when needed to tackle minor punch, assist trades, or run materials to protect timelines

Communicate clearly, set expectations, and keep everyone aligned to plan
