HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Keep our commercial portfolio comfortable: maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across office and retail buildings in the DMV.
Responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance on AHUs, RTUs and pumps
- Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial HVAC experience
- EPA 608 Universal certification
- Valid driver’s license
