We have an immediate need for a Software Engineer to provide onsite support out of Alexandria, VA.

• The Digital Program Management (DPM) initiative at SPA aims to develop a comprehensive analytics platform to support day‑to‑day management of DoW program offices. The Web Development Engineer will design, manage, and execute a front‑end Web Development Strategy, collaborating with functional leads, managing schedules, communicating with stakeholders, documenting tasks, mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, and delivering software modules, components, API integrations, and reports.
• Validate the strategy by developing test plans, unit tests, and integration tests to demonstrate suitability for DPM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing Web applications.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with Type Script and React.
• 3+ years of experience with ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Experience with Git for source control management.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

• 7+ years of experience developing software applications.
• 3+ years of experience mentoring junior developers.
• Experience developing Single‑Page Applications.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience giving presentations to large groups.
• Experience working in a Dev Sec Ops  environment.
