Compensation- Part‑time Driver: $1,500/month (average 20 hours a week or 40 deliveries a week)
- Full‑time Driver: $3,000/month (average 40 hours a week or 74 deliveries a week)

- Guaranteed money:
For drivers hired between December 5, 2022 and January 31, 2023, the guarantee applies. Drivers with active status receive guaranteed earnings; any shortage is paid after 3 months of service. No retroactive payments.
Deliver orders and collect payments from customers safely, timely, and professionally. Maintain high customer satisfaction by following service, product, and image standards.
Essential Job Functions- Makes deliveries of pizza and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.
- Inspects vehicle before deliveries.
- Reviews deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
- Maintains high standards of customer service during high‑volume, fast‑paced operations.
- Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
- Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly.
- Maintains ongoing communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing.
- Handles currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
- Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Builds loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation.
- Resolves complaints promptly and professionally.
- Takes initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
- Assembles and folds boxes; affixes labels and promotional materials as needed.
- Assists with prep.
- Reads order slips or receives verbal instructions to prepare order according to specifications, often making several different orders simultaneously.
- Cleans, stocks, and restocks work stations and display cases.
- Adheres to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Promotes company policies and advocates for Team Washington.
- Ensures proper attendance and actions.
- Provides and receives positive feedback and/or constructive criticism.
- Maintains good communication with co‑workers.
- Serves as a resource for co‑workers.
- Cross‑trains and learns how the role interacts with other departments.
- Works with manager and management to solve problems, providing suggestions as needed.
- Maintains clean and organized work area, taking ownership of surroundings.
- Maintains appropriate confidentiality of information.
- Must be at least 18 years old with at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid state driving license.
- Ownership or use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street‑legal vehicle capable of driving up to 100 miles per day.
- Insurance coverage meets or exceeds state requirements.
- Passable Company Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background checks; possession of a cell phone for customer calls.
- Ability to read maps, locate addresses, and use GPS directions within the delivery area.
- Capable of navigating multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.
- Superb ability to multi‑task; work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to function in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; must be able to make correct monetary change.
