Schneider is hiring a CDL‑A licensed driver for nighttime refrigerated trailer deliveries to Lidl stores across MD, NC, PA, and VA. The position includes 7 loads per week (1–7 stop‑offs per load) and requires a daily home schedule.

• Reefer trailer hauling refrigerated grocery products.
• 100% hand‑unloads using an electric pallet jack.
• 7 loads per week, 1–7 stop‑offs per load.
• Drive within MD, NC, PA, and VA.

• Hourly and load pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Driversueira must work nights.
• Live within 30 miles of Fredericksburg, VA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
