We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with qualifications or equivalent secondary school experience to work in a secondary school in Derby. The role involves engaging pupils aged 11-16, many with special educational needs, and supporting them to develop their full potential.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent secondary school experience.
• Confident working with KS3 and KS4 pupils and delivering independent sessions.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons in line with the curriculum and school priorities.
