The Role As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your store. You'll lead and develop your team, drive sales and KPIs, and ensure consistently high operational and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching and developing your store team Driving sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance Managing day-to-day store operations including stock, payroll and visual merchandising Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve results Delivering consistently high standards of customer service Supporting wider business initiatives and working collaboratively with other stores Being a visible, hands-on leader who leads from the front About You Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion, lifestyle or another fast-paced retail environment Commercially minded with a strong track record of driving sales and KPIs Confident leading, coaching and developing a team Strong understanding of retail operations, stock and visual merchandising Excellent communication and organisational skills Hands-on, energetic and willing to roll your sleeves up when needed Ambitious and keen to develop your career within multi-site retail Passionate about delivering great customer experiences If you're an experienced Store Manager looking for a role where you can make an impact and have the opportunity to take the next step in your retail career, apply today.
