Key Account Manager

Great client relationships are built on more than good service – they depend on consistent delivery, clear communication and knowing exactly what matters to the customer. As Key Account Manager, you'll take ownership of important client relationships while leading service delivery and helping turn strong accounts into long-term commercial partnerships. You'll sit at the centre of the relationship between customers and operational teams, making sure expectations are met, issues are resolved and performance continues to improve.

Alongside managing accounts, you'll lead a team of maintenance controllers and use performance data, customer feedback and industry knowledge to identify improvements and commercial opportunities.What’s in it for you
