Class 2 Driver - Alfreton

Gi Group is recruiting dependable Class 2 Drivers to support a respected local freight operator in Alfreton. If you're safety-focused, efficient across varied routes, and deliver great customer service, we'd like to hear from you.

Shifts:

Various available - usually AM starts
Pay rate: £16.81 - £26.89 per hour (dependant on shift)

What you'll need

Valid Category C (Class
2) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph (DIGI) card
Minimum 12 months' Class 2 driving experience
Clean driving record (max 6 penalty points, subject to endorsement codes)

Your role

Deliver palletised goods to multiple customer sites
10-12 local drops per shift
Work in line with health & safety and transport compliance standards
Provide a professional, customer-first service at every drop

What we're looking for

Reliable and able to work independently to deadlines
Confident driving Class 2 vehicles across different routes and sites
Basic IT skills and a strong, polite customer manner
