Client Operations Specialist – Algonquin, IL

$22 - $25 / Hour – Full Benefits, including Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k Match

In this role, you will support our customers as well as internal Sales and Engineering teams to help our business run flawlessly. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Track each quote from conception to completion, always making sure that our valued clients have personal contact to aid with anything they may need.
• Function as a liaison between Sales teams and clients, ensuring that quotes are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Employ CRM software to monitor entries made by the Sales team.
• Ensure that all client records are kept up to date and accurate, maintaining documentation of order history, communication logs, and service issues.
• Monitor inventory to guarantee ample supply of raw materials, as well as warehouse/office supplies.

Qualifications:

• 6+ months’ experience in customer service or business services a plus.
• Strong skills in math (calculating discounts, multipliers, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
