• Greeting new patients and welcoming them to the practice.
• Taking records (pictures and x-rays) to set a treatment plan for the new patient.
• Taking clear x-rays and photos.
• Taking accurate scans for retainers.
• Assisting in sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean working environment (including the picture and x-ray area).
• Orchestrating a warm hand-off to the Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance.
• Assisting in meeting and/or exceeding monthly and annual clinic goals.
• Covering topics such as payment options and providing general information regarding insurance coverage as it relates to orthodontics.
• Performing all duties and responsibilities of the role, including administrative tasks, when traveling to another clinic.
• Participating in marketing events.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Computer skills
• Ability to travel and transport self to other practice locations
• Minimum 6 months chairside experience
• Bilingual – Spanish

• Monday – Wednesday: 8:45 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday – Friday: 6:45 am – 3:00 pm
• 2 Saturdays per month
• Two 9:30 am to 6:00 pm shifts per month

• Full time
• Pay rate: $17 per hour
