SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST Bilingual

We are partnering with a far west suburban school program to finda full time Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech Language Pathologists SLPs for the  school year.

Responsibilities:

* Speech Pathologist will be assigned an elementary caseload by the district.

* SLP will provide direct and consultative Speech and Language services to students including screening, assessing, treating, and reporting as appropriate.

* Plan and present at IEP/Student conferences in consultation with staff.

* Monday-Friday as per school schedule. Full time (limited part time opportunities available).

* Bilingual SLP will work on team to support needs across the district.

* Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Hold Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) in Speech Pathology.

* Bililngual Spanish-Englilsh skills required.

* Experience working collaboratively in a student-centered environment.

* 1-2 years’ experience a plus. CFs will be considered.

* Credentials to be collected prior to and upon hire.

Work Hours:

* Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the building’s hours.
*@35 hours/week.

Salary and Benefits:

*$41/hr for new grad, other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.
