The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests.

$19.55 - $21.30 per hour, based on experience

Full Time

Key duties include:

• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies to ensure safety
• Coordinate cleaning of rent‑ready and move‑in‑ready apartments
• Train new and existing staff in community and state‑required policies and procedures
• Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team

To be successful in this position, we believe you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents
• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of housekeeping experience required
• 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services
