• Managing the IATF-16949 quality management system as the Management Representative
• Driving defect reduction efforts and resolving customer quality concerns
• Overseeing final inspections and ensuring efficient product flow
• Leading quality management initiatives and aligning with customer requirements
• Managing department personnel, training, and workflow optimization
• Collaborating in APQP meetings to prevent and address processing issues
• Ensuring calibration system accuracy and overseeing PPAP submissions

• Be able to do the job as described
• Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering or manufacturing technology
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Experience in quality management, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment
• Experience in an IATF 16949 manufacturing environment
• ASQ training and certification preferred
