The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every Lens Crafters visit. This role helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in the selection of frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain an appealing store appearance; keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators with basic phone and math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to sell through demonstrated sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment

Pay Range:

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
