Compensation: $250,000 - $350,000 / year

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team and take on a large patient panel. This physician will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages. Who We Are:

• Multi-specialty clinic including Primary Care, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and more
• Established practice with over 30 years of experience

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of adult medical conditions, including chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease.
• Conduct routine and preventive care visits, screenings, and wellness checks to promote long-term health and early detection of disease.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work.
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Manage a continuity panel of adult patients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and long-term care.
• Document patient encounters, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health professionals, and other providers as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and initiatives tied to clinical performance metrics and value-based care goals.
• Deliver culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate care tailored to Houston’s diverse community.

• Successful completion of family/internal medicine residency program
• Board eligible/Board certified
• Unrestricted and active California Physician License
• Current BLS, ACLS, CA DEA certification prior to start date

• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive patient health outcomes
• Interest in working with Medicare patients
• Knowledge of Value-Based Healthcare model
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Korean

• This is a full-time position.
• The target pay range for this role is $250,000-$320,000 annually. This salary range represents our national target for this role.
