Busy escrow company in San Gabriel Valley is looking for professional experienced Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants.

• Escrow industry experience required
• Mandarin and Cantonese speaking preferred
• Superior communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under pressure
• A high degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a strong aptitude for figures
• Responsible for opening, processing and closing of Real Estate Sales Transactions
• Familiar with the standard concepts, practices and procedures of the escrow, lender and title process
• Prepare escrow files from opening to funding, recording and disbursing of file
• Order and review title prelims
• Order Demands, HOA, Solar and other documents pertaining to the file within a timely manner and follow up as necessary
• Prepare loan documents for Buyer/Borrower signing and coordinate loan signing
• Package loan documents for return to Lender and authorize Funding and recording
• Resolve all post-closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time frames
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Will require approval from the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI)

Must be able to work on-site at our office located in Alhambra, CA

Experience:

5-10 years
