Immigration Attorney (Mandarin Chinese)

Our immigration law firm is hiring a full-time immigration attorney who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. You will be responsible for:

• Consulting with potential and existing clients
• Reviewing clients' information and documents
• Preparing complete, error‑free immigration applications
• Preparing clients for interviews
• Overseeing the entire lifespan of clients' immigration applications
• Editing clients' personal statements
• Drafting attorney briefs
• Delegating tasks to and overseeing the work of immigration paralegals
• Filming videos and writing articles to promote our services

Most importantly, your primary goal is to ensure that we provide our clients with excellent service during what is often an uncertain process.

The requirements for this position are:

• You must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• You must be fluent in English
• You must be a licensed U.S. attorney, preferably in California
• You must have authorization to work in the U.S. (we can provide H1B sponsorship)
• You must have at least 2 years of experience as an immigration attorney
• You must be able to process an immigration application independently from start to finish

Candidates with experience in EB2, EB3, Perm, waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212), and removal proceedings are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will not be an anonymous associate attorney. You will have ample opportunity to build your own name recognition and gain expertise.

This position requires working in person in Los Angeles, California.

Salary is commensurate with your level of expertise.
