We are seeking a talented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do- Analyze customer behaviors and develop strategies to increase customer base.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast market trends, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to develop sound marketing recommendations.
- Generate detailed reports on marketing metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track key metrics and communicate performance to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics, identify opportunities for improvement in marketing strategies.
- Proactively suggest innovative ideas for new marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with mortgage lending or financial products is a plus.
