Independent Optometrist – Walmart
Launch your optometry services inside Walmart stores. As an independent lease holder you have autonomy to establish your practice days, set hours, control patient schedule, set fee schedule, retain 100% of exam and professional fees.
What you’ll do- Provide patient eye and vision care within Walmart store locations.
- Manage patient schedule and fee schedule.
- Operate 100% of exam and professional fees.
- Optionally use store equipment and staffing support if state allows.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school with a valid state optometry license.
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school with a valid state ophthalmology license and general liability certificate, professional liability insurance certificate, and W‑9.
