Overview:

We are seeking a Trading Compliance Analyst with focus on trading to join our Compliance team. This role is crucial in monitoring trading activities and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Conduct market surveillance, monitor trade communications, and manage alert governance.
• Automate compliance processes, including creating automated reports and analyzing trading activity.
• Perform data analysis and sanity checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Produce statistical reports, conduct investigations, and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor exchange rules, provide relevant training, and undertake ad-hoc project work.

• Strong passion and great skills in data analysis.
• Keen interest in financial markets and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, SQL.
• Basic understanding of financial and commodity markets, and trading activities; knowledge of market.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively at all organizational levels.
• Language:
  English on proficient level, other language is a plus.

• Hybrid work (60 % office/ 40 % remotely).
