Fabrication, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
McCarty Equipment is seeking a shop associate to assist in gasket, hose, mechanical seal, and conveyor belting areas. You will support inventory counts, lean activities, and basic shop duties under supervision in Alice, Texas.
Responsibilities include measuring, cutting gaskets, fabricating hoses, assisting in shipping, and operating a forklift when certified. High school diploma or GED and 1 year shop experience preferred.
