  Monday–Friday, 6 p‑10 p

  Teenager
• Acuity:
  Feeding tube and medication administration (training provided)

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 90 days of residency
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist after hire if necessary
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
