We're Hiring!
Our RAC Team is looking to hire for Sales | Customer Account Representative for our locally owned and operated franchise store in Alice, TX located at 1716 E Main Street | Alice, Texas 78332.
SALES JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet all customers with excellent customer service
- Create store marketing content to include flyers, Facebook ads, and videos
- Cold calls to solicit business to previous/current customers
- Door-to-door brochuring
- Business-to-business marketing
- Drive Facebook followers and Google reviews
- Meet and/or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
- Overcome customer objections in order to close a sale
- Follow up on sales leads (in-store, phone, and web)
- Take customer payments according to the customer’s pay date
- Type up and review customer contracts
- Build files containing customer information and keep organized
- Answer phones
- Clean, organize, and maintain the showroom
- Receive inventory into the point of sale system
- Price all inventory in the store
- Help with scheduling of field activities (deliveries, service calls, returns, etc.)
- Help clean and refurbish returned items
- Conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Any other task assigned by the manager that does not bring your integrity into question
* Must be proficient in computer skills, social media, as well as having basic math skills

SCHEDULE
- Minimum 40-hour work week, including weekends
PAY
- $12 an hour
EXPERIENCE
- Retail or Rent-To-Own experience is a plus but not required
