We're Hiring!

Our RAC Team is looking to hire for Sales | Customer Account Representative for our locally owned and operated franchise store in Alice, TX located at 1716 E Main Street | Alice, Texas 78332.

SALES JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet all customers with excellent customer service
• Create store marketing content to include flyers, Facebook ads, and videos
• Cold calls to solicit business to previous/current customers
• Door-to-door brochuring
• Business-to-business marketing
• Drive Facebook followers and Google reviews
• Meet and/or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Overcome customer objections in order to close a sale
• Follow up on sales leads (in-store, phone, and web)
• Take customer payments according to the customer’s pay date
• Type up and review customer contracts
• Build files containing customer information and keep organized
• Answer phones
• Clean, organize, and maintain the showroom
• Receive inventory into the point of sale system
• Price all inventory in the store
• Help with scheduling of field activities (deliveries, service calls, returns, etc.)
• Help clean and refurbish returned items
• Conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations
• Any other task assigned by the manager that does not bring your integrity into question

* Must be proficient in computer skills, social media, as well as having basic math skills

SCHEDULE

• Minimum 40-hour work week, including weekends

PAY

• $12 an hour

EXPERIENCE

• Retail or Rent-To-Own experience is a plus but not required
