We are looking for a Salesperson to join Payne Alice Motors. The ideal candidate must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license for a minimum of three consecutive years. The Salesperson will play a vital role in assisting customers with vehicle selection and purchase, providing information on vehicle features, facilitating test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license for at least three consecutive years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to various customer preferences and personalities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products

• Welcome customers and assess their vehicle needs
• Present information on vehicles, pricing, and financing options
• Arrange and conduct test drives, explaining vehicle features
• Negotiate prices and sales terms effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry developments
