Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesperson to join Payne Alice Motors to assist customers in finding and purchasing the right vehicles to meet their needs. The Salesperson will provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate vehicle features, and guide customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand and present vehicle features, options, and warranties to customers.

Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance.

Negotiate prices and terms effectively, ensuring a positive buying experience for customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate ongoing relationships.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience in a dealership setting.

Knowledge of automotive financing options.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years
Must have or be able to get a Texas driver's license
Must have a clean driving record
