Manage end-to-end project delivery using Project Management Fundamentals.
Oversee Managed Services Experience, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Lead Incident & Escalation Management, resolving critical issues promptly and effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships through proactive Client & Stakeholder Management.
Drive project success with strong Ownership & Accountability for outcomes.
Demonstrate a Seeker Mindset to continuously improve project processes and solutions.
Apply Ability to comprehend complex project requirements and translate them into action.

Foundational Skills
Demonstrated expertise in Project Management Fundamentals for successful project execution.
Proven ability in Managed Services Experience to deliver consistent operational value.
Strong capabilities in Incident & Escalation Management, ensuring swift problem resolution.
Exceptional proficiency in Client & Stakeholder Management, fostering productive relationships.
A high degree of Ownership and Accountability for project outcomes and team performance.
Possesses an Unbeatable Work Ethics, consistently delivering high-quality results.
Exhibits a Passionate Towards Work attitude, driving projects with enthusiasm and dedication.

Advanced Skills

Experience with Cost and Budget Management for project financial oversight is a plus.
Possession of relevant PM Certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc) is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with advanced project planning and risk mitigation methodologies is advantageous.
