Competitive Weekly Compensation
Mon-Fri: $17.00-$18/hour depending on shift
Sat & Sun: $19/hour
* For a limited time, receive $150 after successful completion of 80 hours
- 1st shift: 7a-3:30p (Including every other weekend)
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11pm (Including every other weekend)
- 3rd shift: 10:30pm-7am (Including every other weekend)
- Double weekends 7am-11pm (Every Saturday & Sunday)
- Driver's license required
- Ability to complete and pass background checks
- Minimum one year experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to complete computer-based IDD trainings

As a Direct Support Professional, you will actively assist adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) with personal care/hygiene, unassisted lifting of up to 50 pounds, feeding, meal prep, light housekeeping and laundry!
Contracting with DTGThis is an independent contractor opportunity for anyone who has ever worked as a: CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, PCA, Personal Care Assistant, Companion, HHA, Home Health Aide, Hospice Worker, Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, DCW, Patient Care Technician, DSP and/or Direct Support Professional to provide support to persons with intellectual developmental disabilities in group home settings.
