You will be responsible for the timely shipment of ARDEXproducts for our retail and distribution accounts, inventory management, production planning, and intercompany replenishment, forARDEX customers across the US, Canada and Latin America. The successful candidate will be highly customer focused, a keen and effective problem solver under pressure, and above all, be a strong team player with an interest in developing their career in Logistics.

Located at our Corporate offices at 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.

• Perform confirmation and shipping set up for retail accounts for given deadlines
• Dispatch trucks for appropriate distribution and Regional Distribution Center ("RDC") orders
• Perform shipping and Inter-Branch Transfers ("IBT")processes in a timely manner
• Maintain thorough understanding of the shipment building andIBT processes
• Issue weekly production schedules and monitor daily for needed adjustments that optimize inventory levels while serving customer needs.
• Execute Daily and Weekly reporting as needed.

• Knowledge of logistics / shipping processes and procedures
• SAP experience is highly desirable
• Able to use MSWord, MSExcel and Outlook email to a high standard
• Ability to adapt effectively to accommodate changing business /customer demands
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team
• High emphasis on customer service/customer driven with asolution-driven mindset
• Able to work independently with high attention to detail in afar-paced environment
• Committed and collaborative team player

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
