Store Crew

Store Crew role at 7-Eleven. This entry-level position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking. Some food service positions may be tasked with food prep and food service safety. You will experience the camaraderie of the store team and enjoy interactions with customers. Cashier, customer service, retail or food service experience is great but not required.

If you have a positive attitude, our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

• Cash handling and fuel transactions; cleaning and stocking to maintain store readiness.
• Support food prep and food service safety where applicable.
• Provide friendly customer service and engage with customers.
• Assist with general store operations and merchandising.

• A desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment for the store to be customer-ready.
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines and ensure proper food preparation and presentation including coffee.
• Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
