Maintenance Technician Supervisor

Now Hiring Maintenance Technician in Aliquippa, PA Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on grinders, Friggi saws, bar peeling machines, Midwest grinders, polishers, straighteners, cranes, and forklifts.
• Utilize knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Work with 480V systems and AC/DC controls.
• Apply PLC experience for troubleshooting and programming tasks.
• Conduct welding repairs and maintenance.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• 3+ years of experience working with 480V systems.

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Preventive maintenance expertise.
• PLC control and troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical repair and maintenance.
• Experience with conveyor systems and schematics.
• Welding proficiency.

This position involves rotating shifts between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd every week, with hours from 8AM‑4PM, 4PM‑12AM, and 12‑8AM. The facility is equipped to handle extensive conversion processing requirements, providing a heavy industrial atmosphere. Expect cold conditions in winter and hot conditions in summer, with stationary heaters available for employees.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
