Aliquippa School District is seeking a dedicated and motivated Wrestling Coach to lead and develop our student-athletes both on and off the mat. The ideal candidate will foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while building a competitive program that supports the academic and personal growth of all participants.
Qualifications- Previous wrestling coaching and/or wrestling experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor student-athletes and promote academic success
- Must meet all PIAA and district coaching requirements, including clearances
- Plan and conduct practices and conditioning sessions
- Teach wrestling techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport
- Promote teamwork, respect, and positive sportsmanship
- Oversee the safety and well-being of all athletes
- Communicate with athletic director, families, and staff
