Our company provides industry-leading unemployment cost-control programs for employers nationwide. We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful part-time Office Assistant to support daily office operations, data entry, and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for a small office.
- Document preparation, and filing (digital and physical).
- Track follow-ups, handle requests promptly, and maintain confidentiality.
- Support with spreadsheets and presentation tasks as needed.
- 1+ year of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
- Strong communication, typing, organization, and attention to detail.
- Reliable, professional, proactive; able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Part-time: 20–25 hours/week
- Pay: $22–$25 per hour DOE
- Generous paid time off, including 12 paid company holidays
