YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate 24 hour work schedules including coverage for call offs and approved time off requests using On Shift scheduling software

  • Effectively manage staffing schedules to fairly distribute work hours, keep overtime to a minimum and minimize contract laborถูก arbeid कर्म อำนาจ

  • Coordinate new hire training and support new employee orientation process

  • Data entry and administrative clerical support related to department supplies, payroll, time & attendance in Kronos.

  • Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated success with MS Office suite including basic Excel experience

  • Proficient reading, comprehension, writing and mathematical ability

  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English

  • Capable of handling confidential information responsibly

  • Demonstrates initiative and reliable critical thinking skills

  • Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude

  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community=mysqli:1 tor
