  • Support long‑term planning and acquisition of test equipment and systems.
  • Develop and introduce innovative test methodologies to improve test accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
  • Work cross‑functionally with product engineering, design, and validation teams to assess new products and improve test coverage.
  • Develop and execute reliability screening and qualification testing.
  • Support ATE characterisation and product robustness activities.
  • Analyse test data and provide clear, actionable reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple test engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.

Required Skills
