UST is looking for highly energetic and collaborative Technical Architect (Java/Python) with experience building enterprise automation solutions around Business and IT operations. The ideal candidate is expected to be an expert in solution architecture in the enterprise automation space, specifically using traditional and new and emerging technologies. Candidate should have good experience in discovering potential areas for automation including technical feasibility and defining ROI.

Candidate should have experience preferably but not limited to, Healthcare, Retail and BFSI domains. Experience in a pre-sale, sales support or as a consulting architect is a must have.

• Responsible for working with key client stakeholders, build strong relationships and ensure the client’s business goals and objectives are met.
• Provide technical leadership in a pre-sales and post-sales capacity for customers to support successful understanding, evaluation and adoption of the solutions.
• Identify and drive new customer project initiatives and business opportunities.
• Candidate should stay on top of top business trends affecting key engagements and understand their competition by researching industry trends and make appropriate technical recommendations.
• Candidate should be able to build reference architectures, frameworks, solutions, how-to articles, and prototypes for customers.

• 15+ years of experience architecting technical solutions and leading execution for Global 1000 and Fortune 500 clients
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture and Business Process design
• Experience in different development methodologies (Agile, Lean Product Development, Waterfall)
• Excellent expertise in Java, RDBMS, No
  
  SQL and other open-source technologies like python
• Must have the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Good web application development experience using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and APIs
• Must have worked in Windows and Unix / Linux environments.
• Excellent understanding of different deployment models including Cloud and On-premises
• Good understanding of new and emerging automation tools in the industry
• Good understanding of ways of applying Artificial Intelligence in automation
• Expertise in establishing processes and practice assets for large teams
• Good understanding of Artificial intelligence, Cloud, RPA, Automation.

Compensation Range: $132,000-$198,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.

Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
