Who We Are You areUST is seeking a full‑time Infrastructure Analyst.
The Opportunity- Analyze systems specifications and identify migration support application functionalities for deployment and testing.
- Work on new project technologies and build the environment.
- Build and deploy various application releases from Development to QA and then Production environments.
- Monitor and report production server performance and application metrics.
- Discuss business solutions with the client business team, resolve existing problems, and improve the application.
- Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, CIS (Computer Information System), Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering (any branch), or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience as an Infrastructure Analyst or related occupation.
- Foreign education must be equivalent to a bachelor’s degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
- Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 (Unanticipated work sites throughout the U.S.)
Compensation Range$144,414 – $150,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
BenefitsFull‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the U.S. are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following company‑paid employee‑only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits.
Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Full‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the U.S. are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
All U.S. employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
