Stub Hub is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact organization responsible for building the platform, data systems, and services that power the live event experience for millions of users. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering strategic business and customer outcomes through rigorous execution, organizational clarity, and exceptional team leadership. Your mandate is to raise the bar, ensuring technical excellence, growing a top 10% talent bench, and maximizing impact at scale.

The Sponsored Listings team's mission is to enhance the discovery experience on the platform by advertising high quality, relevant products in context throughout the product. We're building Stub Hub's ad platform engine - spanning real-time bidding, auction mechanics, ranking and relevance models, pacing algorithms, and inventory-quality controls - all operating at marketplace scale. Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Aliso Viejo, CA

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including senior leadership of production systems and critical software.
• 4+ years of experience managing managers or leading large engineering teams.
