As a Senior Solution Architect, you will engage with both prospective and existing clients to uncover their business challenges and identify how technology can address them. In each conversation, you will gather the insights needed to bring back to internal service lines, enabling the creation of a comprehensive and well-aligned solution. By asking thoughtful, relevant questions and demonstrating a strong understanding of the client's issues, you will help establish UST's credibility from the very first interaction.

You will communicate clearly and effectively so clients feel heard, supported, and eager to continue the partnership. In this role, you will analyze and interpret client requirements, provide internal guidance to shape the right technology solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor—helping clients achieve their goals through innovative, human-centered approaches.

• Partner with CIO/CTO/CEO stakeholders to shape technology strategy, modernization roadmaps, and solution direction.
• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and platform choices aligned to security, interoperability, and industry constraints.
• Lead technical discovery, shape win themes, scope and price solutions, and ensure proposals are technically defensible and commercially viable.
• Lead/participate in oral presentations; represent the brand in client forums, webinars, conferences, and executive briefings.
• Align UST service lines, delivery leaders, partners, and SMEs; ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery.
• Embed security, compliance, delivery risk controls, and quality standards into solutioning.
• Build repeatable accelerators/playbooks and partner ecosystem strategies to improve win rate and time-to-solution.
• Gather enough information from client that solutions can be developed; identify gaps between current and desired end states.
• Communicate UST capabilities so client is comfortable we have the skill and experience to handle their challenges
• Collaborate with development and consulting teams to deliver services and solutions across a range of platforms and technologies.
• Be part of the team to develop, scope and price solution
• Have familiarity with market-leading project accelerators and experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Discuss in-depth technical issues with development and functional teams.

• At least 15 years in technology roles spanning architecture, delivery, and client-facing solution strategy.
• At least 5 years leading executive-level client engagements and multi-million-dollar pursuits (RFP/RFI/orals).
• Demonstrated strength in integration-led solutions (APIs, data integration, iPaaS, identity, interoperability, security).
• Exceptional executive communication and presence; proven public speaking / external-facing thought leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margin, delivery models, contract considerations).
• Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
• Public sector experience (State/Local/Federal), including compliance frameworks (as applicable).
• Cloud/hyperscaler partnership experience; modern Dev Sec Ops /Platform engineering exposure.
