We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong healthcare domain expertise, specifically within Broker and Shopper domains. The ideal candidate will be skilled in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into effective solutions that align with organizational and regulatory goals.

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in Broker and Shopper workflows to guide solution design.
• Conduct impact analysis and identify gaps between current-state and future-state processes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements, risks, and progress.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
• Proven experience in Broker and Shopper domains.
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Understanding of system integrations and data flows

• Agile/Scrum experience
• JIRA, Confluence

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Knowledge of insurance, benefits administration, or enrollment systems.
• Additional exposure to Agile tools and delivery frameworks.
