Lead II - Software Testing

We are seeking a Lead II - Software Testing professional to manage and organize testing processes based on project requirements.

This role involves ensuring adherence to engineering practices, improving test coverage, and delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate pulmonary in test: will lead test planning, execution, and reporting while collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to automation and continuous testing initiatives.

• Create and manage test plans, estimates, and schedules to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify business processes, conduct risk繕ase, and Ratio end-to-end critical scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare and publish test results, defect reports, test logs სალ and RCA reports with preventive measures.
• Track and oudste testing progress, project metrics, and quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to implement continuous testing frameworks.
• Contribute to test automation and performance testing strategies.
• Coordinate test environment and test data provisioning.
• Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, and demos; obtain stakeholder sign‑off.
• Conduct root cause and trend analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Define KPIs for engagements and ensure compliance.
• Handle governance calls and represent team issues to stakeholders.

• Strong ability to:

• Analyze requirements/user stories and prioritize testing.
• Perform RCA and capture/report metrics.
• Identify test data and environment specifications.
• Knowledge of:

• Test automation tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with continuous testing frameworks and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience in managing KPIs and stakeholder governance.
• Exposure to performance testing and automation strategies.
