Position: Digital Strategist

Responsibilities:

• Develop Content Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
• Team Management: Lead a team of content creators, editors, and analysts to ensure efficient and effective content production.
• Content Calendar: Manage and optimize a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Analytics: Track and analyze content performance to measure ROI, identify trends, and optimize content strategies.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing or a similar role
• Proven experience managing and leading content teams
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience working with law firms or in the legal industry is a plus
