Starting pay: $16.50

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing the business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
  
  Walking customers to their rooms and teaching them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first‑time users
• Attending off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends
