• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment
• Attending off-site Sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods for 7 hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 lbs without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
