FULL TIME IN-OFFICE WHOLESALE MORTGAGE SALES REP

Alliance Portfolio is seeking a Wholesale Mortgage Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers to generate business referrals. This job includes communicating Alliance Portfolio business model, loan products, and pricing to prospective and existing mortgage brokers.

$52,000.00/yr - $/yr

Accountability Metrics
  • Hours on phone: minimum of 3 hours per day prospecting
  • Number of calls: 100 calls per day
  • Number of leads (blue sheets): 125 per month
  • Number of new broker contacts: 25 per month
  • Number of LOI / Loan Commitments: 35 per month
  • Number of signed Loan Commitments: 20 per month
Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with mortgage brokers and realtors to secure loan referrals. Maintain regular communication with brokers, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth loan process.
  • Sales and Business Development: Demonstrate clarity of Alliance Portfolio loan products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines while actively seeking new business opportunities. Issue loan commitments and assist loan processing staff in collecting all necessary loan documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide support and service to mortgage brokers and borrowers, serving as a liaison between the mortgage brokers and Alliance Portfolio team.
  • Compliance: Understand and comply with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to private money mortgage lending.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and assist brokers in resolving loan-related issues and exploring alternative solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Manage ownership of data collections and pipeline tracking.
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of sales/call center mortgage experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong detail orientation and highly organized.
  • Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
