Senior Software Engineer - Buyer Pricing bHub is seeking Senior Software Engineers to design and develop next-generation technologies and complex features. As a Senior Software Engineer for CX, you will be at the forefront of tackling significant, ambiguous, and non-trivial challenges as a core contributor and innovator, bringing creative technical solutions to life. The role requires initiative and enthusiasm for the problems tackled, mentorship for team members, and leadership qualities.

Location:

Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA or Aliso Viejo, CA.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across Stub Hub’s platforms and products, delivering high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across code
• Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with technical expertise
• Mentor other team members and help increase technical capabilities, fostering inclusion, results-oriented execution, open innovation, and creativity

• 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development
• Extensive experience developing robust systems using multiple front-end and back-end languages and frameworks (Java, C#, Python, React, JavaScript)
• Experience designing and developing features for consumer-facing products
• Strong understanding of how systems interact with the broader production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives
• Proven ability to learn other languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools
• Experience owning projects from idea to production, and mentoring junior engineers

The anticipated gross base pay range is $200,000—$250,000 USD. Actual compensation varies based on qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. This base salary is part of Stub Hub’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and health benefits.
